Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, and plants)
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Personal care and hygiene products (such as cosmetics)

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Important Information Regarding Canvas Paintings and Art Prints

Custom-made or personalized artworks are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. Commissioned works cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, unless the item is defective or has been damaged during shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise excluded by the conditions stated above, you have the right to cancel or return an order delivered within the European Union within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Custom-made and personalized products, including original commissioned artworks, are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
