According to EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Please note that made-to-order and personalized artworks cannot be returned, as they are custom-made for you. Returns should be notified by email to sonjarissanen@outlook.com.

Yes — handmade artworks and custom-made products are final sales, as they are made just for you. Posters, cards, and other in-stock items can be returned within 14 days.

Deliveries to Finland usually take 3–7 business days. Deliveries to EU countries take approximately 7–14 business days. Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Norway, Switzerland) take 10–21 business days. Handmade artworks may require additional production time — you can see the estimated delivery time on the product page.

All artworks and canvas base paintings are handmade in Finland in a Finnish artist family's studio. Posters and cards are printed in a domestic print shop. Paperihattu is 100% Finnish.

Finland: €11.90–€44.90 (free for orders over €50). Nordic countries and Baltics: €16.90–€39.90 (free for orders over €60–€100). Rest of Europe: €35.90–€49.90 (free for orders over €120–€700). You will always see the exact shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

For some of our works, it is possible to order a different size. Please contact us by email before placing your order, and we will inform you about the possibilities and price. Handmade artworks are always made to order, so special requests are often possible.
