Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Finland: 2–5 business days
• EU countries: 5–14 business days
• Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland: 7–14 business days
• Other countries: 7–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Seasonal demand, customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Customs Duties and Taxes for Non-EU Countries

Orders shipped outside the European Union (for example, to Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, or Iceland) may be subject to customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other import-related charges.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country and product category. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sonjarissanen@outlook.com. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either resend the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please report any potentially lost shipment within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
